Join WildRock® Trailblazers™ for our Signature Retreat! This year, we are launching brand new content and exploring a beautiful new location in Evergreen, Colo. at The Highland Haven Creekside Inn. Enjoy modern Colorado mountain lodging and distinctive guest rooms that strike the right balance between seclusion and professionalism. You’ll walk away feeling refreshed, connected with other like-minded women and ready to tackle your next big goal! The property is situated on Bear Creek and is within walking distance of the adorable Main Street. It’s a 30-minute drive from Denver and 1.5 hours from Fort Collins or Colorado Springs.

• Availability: We ONLY have spots for 8 women, for this 2 night/3 day experience, so we can ensure a personalized, elevated experience for each of our guests.
• Accommodations: Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be paid for directly by guests to the inn. We have negotiated a deeply discounted group rate, which includes your room + resort fee! Please note that because each room is so unique, room rates vary slightly based on individual room amenities and square footage.
  • All rooms are individual occupancy with the exception of one that has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom for ladies who may want to bunk together!
• Facilitation, Meals & Activities: What makes this space so incredible is that we will have an amazing “home base” at the Fireside Loft. The cozy oasis includes ample room to workshop and reflect together, dine together, an open lawn for yoga, a hot tub for relaxation, a firepit for evening bonding and more! Your retreat attendance fee will include:

  • All of your food, snacks & beverages:
    • Day 1: snacks & dinner
    • Day 2: breakfast, lunch, snacks throughout the day & dinner
    • Day 3: breakfast
    • Coffee and hot tea service are included throughout the day and we will also bring adult beverage options for the evenings
  • Use of Fireside Loft amenities
  • A private group yoga session at Fireside Loft themed to the retreat
  • And in typical Trailblazer fashion, a few surprises along the way
• Cost: Your retreat fee will include facilitation, meals & activities: $2,560 for Trailblazers members (a 20% discount).
  • A deposit of $1,280 to hold your spot and a final payment of $1,280 due in September 2026.

Due to the planning and preparation process, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you will be responsible for finding someone to fill your spot so we can ensure a group of 8 attendees.
